Before informing your students of the Hiroshima JET Scholarship, please follow the chain of command at your school(s) and use these letters to get permission from your supervisors and principals. They are written both in English and Japanese and will inform them as to the nature of the HJSF Committee as well as stress the wonderful opportunity that the scholarship presents to their students.
